How to set config files to make two ports (80 and 8086) available from WAN via pagekite?

Hello. Could you please let me know how to configure config files to make two ports (80 and 8086) or more ports available from WAN via pagekite?

    I also need the same information.
    port 80 to run generic webserver and port 8112 for deluge webgui...
    do I need to add a sub-kite with port 8112? or i need to buy another kite?
