Pagekite.py 0.3.17 released

Version 0.3.17 of pagekite.py is available on the downloads page.

This version cleans up a lot of the pagekite.py crypto code and fixes some hanging-connection problems with SSL at the front-end and some browsers out there. Windows compatibility is also improved somewhat, tunnel stability is improved and support was added for rapid network switching.

Parallel to this, we have begun development of a graphical user interface and work on Windows packaging. People who are interested in testing those things can check out Alpha Tests on the Wiki.
