In many places I can read: $ pagekite.py 80 yourname.pagekite.me

But I know command pagekite.py doesn't work In my OS where I have pagekite installed. I am able to run pagekite only via sudo invoke-rc.d pagekite restart – restart pagekite

Why It works only this way on my OS ? (Raspbian)

Try using just "pagekite" instead of pagekite.py, I believe the debian packages install the pagekite.py program using that name instead.
