Acces via SSH from proxy network at work

Hello.

Hello I have restricted network in my work. We are connected with Internet via proxy. For example I can browse Internet pages because I have used user and password (the same like for Windows) entered and proxy address and port in internet options configured.

So in this case I am not able to connect to my home server via ssh via pagekite, besause I have to use other (unavailable from my network at work) proxy follow instructions from:

http://pagekite.net/wiki/Howto/Windows/SSHAndTunnels/

So the way showed in link above is not working for me.

Please help how to connect to my home server via ssh via pagekite prom my network at work (where proxy addres and port is needed and username and password is required?).
