Examples of proper pagekite.d config files

Hello

Could you please help me to find examples of properly configured config files like:

80.httpd.rc 80_sshd.rc 10_account.rc

I need it:

1. For scharing webpage working on port 80 of my Raspberry Pi
2. For scharing webpage working on port 8086 of my Raspberry Pi
3. To make possible logon via SSH port 22 to my Raspberry Pi

All from Internet / WAN side of course.
