Two Servers Behind One Router with Pagekite

2014-03-01, 22:12

I have one server as a web site host and want to add a second server for cloud storage, all behind one router. Will Pagekite do away with the need for port forwarding on my router? (I can do port forwarding but would rather not, since reboots often change the internal addresses of my machines).

Thanks,

Rick R.

Just answered my own question: Yes, pagekite does away with the need for port forwarding on your router.

When firing up Pagekite, you just point your servers to their assigned ports and they both become public behind a single router--no port forwarding required.
